12 Classes to be spent on any 12 classes at AOK! used in 30 days! 3 classes attended weekly for the results driven participant! You'll be refueled monthly and you may opt out at anytime.
The Perfect 10 for you to decide on....that's at least 2 choices weekly and a few extra to make sure you stay on track! Use them, don't lose the classes but the "pounds" well, those'll get kicked to the curb!
Maybe you are an outdoor runner or enjoy an class just a couple times a week...then this is the right amount for you monthly. Pick any class in any category and come enjoy AOK! 2x per week on avg.
We get it at AOK!, you lead a busy life and getting in a workout is still a priority when you can! Get in and take a yoga class or focus on strength, cardio as a Weekend Warrior!!
