All clients, regardless of class must register via AOK!’s App or Online in advance in order to attend. No exceptions. All Class attendance requires you reserve by picking your spot on the floor.
Please Note: Classes must be cancelled at least one hour in advance of your start time to allow waitlisted clients notice to attend. We’d like to be able to accommodate wait-listed reservations so if you can cancel sooner, please do so to allow notification.
**You must cancel via AOK!’s app (swipe left over your reserved class & tap the garbage can to delete) – no other method is acceptable. Do not call/text/message or post to cancel.
Class Size Limits:
Main Studio/48 participants per class.
Studio B/18 participants per class
Yoga Lounge/18 participants per class

THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO BOOK CORRECTLY. WITHOUT A SPOT ASSIGNED, YOU CANNOT ATTEND! CLASS PASS APP USERS will be assigned a spot upon arrival. Reserving a spot is a privilege reserved for our AOK! Auto-Fit Users only.
**You will be required to remove outdoor shoes and place into cubby as you enter. Pick up a caddy as directed with wipes for cleaning your equipment used after class. Then you can go to a social distanced spot in lobby or your reserved class spot to put on workout shoes as needed.
AOK! will no longer provide mats. Please remember to bring your own for class.
To keep on top of everything and to do our part in keeping our valued clientele safe; AOK! will be continuing all cleaning measures as well as booking policies using AOK's APP utilizing pick a spot. We will also continue to use the black & red caddies for the purpose of cleaning your personally used equipment.
However, wearing a mask will be up to your own personal preference.
We ask you to be respectful of another's personal choices and ask that you consider each others safety in the potential spread of Covid 19 as it still exists. To show our respect, if you prefer our staff to wear a mask or you enter wearing your mask- we will be happy to put on our masks on so that you feel safe and comfortable during face to face conversations!

We understand that you may need to stay safe at home, need extra workouts or just need it when you travel. Right now, clients who continued to pay membership dues through closure will be gifted AOK! FIT TV as our appreciation for continued support until 2023. Our "Silver Lining" will offer classes weekly as LIVESTREAM Class options and they will be uploaded to our growing On-Demand Library. It's never been a better time to be AOK!
As this important part of our population is at risk, we've moved to an enrollment system. We'll need you to email us to begin to get the info we need to designate a spot in our classes. Be ready to chose Classic format offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30am
