From the moment you walk through our doors, you'll be greeted with a warm 'HELLO' and a genuine smile. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of fitness options, including cardio, strength training, and engaging Pilates classes designed to suit every level. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or you're an experienced athlete, our dedicated staff are here to support and motivate you.
After your purchase of one or both New Client Specials, you'll download AOK!'S APP. Use the same Email & Password you created to purchase if you use the links above to purchase to login. LINKS
We require all classes be booked in APP, cancelled 2 hours prior to class start & you'll also book CHILDCARE in the APP as well. Please use APP to view schedule, descriptions and booking criteria.

Soon your first visit will arrive - you'll remove your outdoor shoes & change into your clean, dry workout shoes. Bring a water bottle as we have a FREE REFILL STATION. ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED. AOK! has two large restrooms for changing, lockers are available for rental but we do not have showers. You will chosen your spot for class and just ask our front desk team to help you make your way to the studio where your class is taking place. It's that simple! Soon, Day one will be Day 14 and we hope you'll love AOK! as much as the rest of us do!
