
"The Summer I Got STRONG" is designed in 4 Phases specifically for ages 13-19 using both traditional strength training and contemporary Pilates Reformer Training. Participants will attend 4 days per week, M-Th alternating between strength techniques: Weights, Squats & Biceps one day, Pilates Reformer, Matwork & Chair, the next! We'll teach sound technique, stellar form and the reasons why every girl will need to do weighted resistance exercise for a healthier life.

Space is limited to 25 participants and you'll be lead by certified instructors with more than 15 years experience.

These 2 weeks we'll use all we've learned to mix it up and create a celebration of our efforts. We'll spend some of our hour sessions to recognize how far we've come and the pride we'll feel for the choice to learn how these 2 key modalities will define not just your body but how we commit to change for the better!
