We currently accept only 2 programs for payment:
Silversneakers is a free fitness program for seniors that’s helping millions of boomers and beyond defy the odds, shatter stereotypes and answer every challenge with, “I can do this!” SilverSneakers includes access to classes at AOK! Fitness for FREE with one visit daily to our location.
ReNew Active by United Healthcare is the second program we accept for 15 monthly visits only. Any visit beyond 15 will require additional payment as priced below. You should have a confirmation code beginning with A-followed by numbers to present at our front desk.
(Both programs require a current membership card or confirmation email be presented upon registration at our front desk, plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time to allow time for verification and sign-up.)
If you do not have either of these Healthcare Supplemental Insurance Programs you can still attend with the following fee schedule:
Non-Member Pricing 65 and older - $5.00 per class
65 and younger - $8.00 per class
30 days unlimited for any age - $48.00 per month
If you enjoy working out with others then our class-based daily program is for you! Our exercise classes for older adults are specially designed by certified instructors will help make sure you’re supported every step of the way.

Movement, Muscle & Mind
BOOM'S GONNA MAKE YOU SWEAT
Monday & Wednesday at 10:30am
Do you like fast-paced challenging workouts that are done in 45 mins. and will include Movement, Muscle & Mindbody Yoga. No chair will be used for this class BOOM was developed by leading fitness experts to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. These classes will challenge you, but don't worry: One-handed pushups aren't required.
Cardio & Strength
Tuesday at 10:30am
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
More cardio with a bit of strength!
Thursday at 10:30am
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels

Friday at 10:30am
Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.
