Since TRX burst onto the scene, AOK! has used suspension training as the foundation of it's Circuit Classes. Over the years, we've added In-studio Heartrate Tracking with rowers, cycles, equalizers and more into the mix. AOK! also is the only studio in NEO to offer TRX Yoga Flow in our unique Yoga Lounge - It's Amazing!

While AOK! has always had Yoga in it's program, in the last 2 years we've expanded to include more! Still any Yoga class type we offer is held in our unique and peaceful "Yoga Lounge". Promise long after your Buti Yoga class or Deep Flow class concludes you won't want to leave!

Silversneakers, Renew Active and Senior's Fitness is an important part of our day at AOK! As a licensed facility, our 65 & older population can take a class designed with the Baby Boomer in mind  everyday  at 10:30am, M-F!

If you hold a Silversneakers card, attend this class daily at no additional charge. Not a SS Member, that's AOK!, we have an affordable option for you!
