You'l l find that our schedule is designed in a cross-training format and encourages you to attend multiple classes. This benefits your results and won't allow plateauing. Our schedule can be found in our own AOK! APP, simply download free and you can tap on any class for a description! All Classes must be booked in advanced and cancelled 1 hour before class in order to be refunded. As you book your class you will be prompted to "pick your spot". We understand peak times and offer classes in the 3 timeslots: Early AM, Mid-Morning & Evening!
On the 24th of each month, we'll release our next month's schedule. This allows us to change it up, add new classes and adjust based on popularity of a class!
It is important to use AOK!'s Member App to view, schedule, pick your spots & track your workouts. Please understand you must now have a reservation and a spot number to attend classes.
If a class is full, simply add yourself to the wait list and you'll be notified if a spot opens.
AOK!'s app is easily found by searching A O K for Iphone or Android platforms.
Please note that classes can only be cancelled via the AOK! APP by simply swiping to the left in the scheduled class. Do not call to cancel or email. All late cancelled classes will be charged a $10 fee to your account on file.
