You'l l find that our schedule is designed in a cross-training format and encourages you to attend multiple classes. This benefits your results and won't allow plateauing.
We understand peak times and offer classes in the 3 timeslots: Early AM, Mid-Morning & Evening!
On the 24th of each month, we'll release our next month's schedule. This allows us to change it up, add new classes and adjust based on popularity of a class!
While we suggest you use AOK!'s own App to view, schedule & track your workouts - you can check out a PDF version below!
Please note that classes & childcare reservations can only be cancelled via the AOK! APP by simply swiping to the left in the scheduled class. Do not call to cancel or email. All late cancelled classes will be charged to your account.
